This is not a reset.
It’s not a break from your life.
And it’s not about doing less.

SELFish Reclamation exists for women who are already doing a lot and are ready for their bodies to finally be able to hold it.

I’m In →

SELFish Reclamation is not here to teach you how to be someone new.

It’s here to support a remembering
of what it feels like to live, lead, and show up from a regulated, resourced body.

This is a space for women who don’t want to step away from their lives, ambitions, or responsibilities
but want to inhabit them differently.

With breath.
With capacity.
With a nervous system that feels like home.

WHY THIS EXISTS

On paper, your life works.

You’re capable. Responsible. Trusted.
You get things done. People rely on you.
You’ve built something meaningful.

But inside, something feels off.

Your body is tense more often than not.
Your nervous system feels like it’s always bracing.
You’re tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix.
And even when things are “good,” you’re not fully in them.

You tell yourself it’s just a season.
That once things slow down, you’ll feel better.

But the truth is quieter — and more honest:

Your life isn’t the problem.
Your capacity is.

And capacity isn’t built through willpower.

Inside this repatterning, you may begin to notice:

Instead of bracing through your days,
you move with a steadier internal rhythm.

Instead of reacting under pressure,
you respond from grounded clarity.

Instead of feeling “on” all the time,
you experience calm and energy together.

Instead of holding everything alone,
your body remembers how to support you.

What becomes possible is not a different life, but a different experience of the one you’re already living.

What You’ll Experience:

SELFish Reclamation is a 9-week live group experience rooted in nervous system regulation and real-life integration.

Inside the container:

  • Bi weekly live group sessions held in a grounded, steady field

  • Practical nervous system education that’s easy to apply

  • Somatic and breath-based regulation practices

  • The 15/60 Method — 15 minutes to reconnect to your body, 60 minutes for your life to feel different

  • Real time support for integrating regulation into work, relationships, and daily life via telegram group

  • A small group of women walking a similar reclamation

This is not about consuming information.
It’s about embodying a new baseline.

You’ll feel at home here if:

❯ You lead a full life and want your body to feel capable of holding it
❯ You value depth, integrity, and sustainability over quick fixes
❯ You’re ready to experience calm without losing momentum
❯ You’re open to working with your nervous system, not against it
❯ You feel a quiet yes — even if you can’t fully explain why

This space is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about resourcing yourself.

Whether or not you step into this container now,
I hope this page reminded you of something important:

Your capacity matters.
Your body is not an obstacle.
And there is a way to lead your life that feels steady, present, and whole.

Trust your rhythm.
You’ll know when and how to say yes.

Why I Created SELFish

I created SELFish Reclamation because I’ve lived the cost of over-functioning and I’ve witnessed what becomes possible when women learn how to regulate inside their real lives.

This work isn’t about stepping away or slowing down.
It’s about reclaiming the internal steadiness that makes everything else sustainable.

If you’re here, I trust your body knows why.
